Introduction
A waterfall plot is an ordered chart where each subject is symbolized by a vertical bar, which represents the maximum change with respect to a reference evaluation obtained during a specific period.

Data contains two columns. The first column is usage, the second column is value. The first value and the last value are positive, others are negative values.
