circRNA-miRNA结合圆形图

简介
circRNA可以通过吸附miRNA，调节miRNA靶基因的表达，即所谓的ceRNA机制。本图形象地展示了miRNA在circRNA上的结合位点。
数据说明
环状数据部分为3列：circRNA名字，起始坐标（默认1），终止坐标（即长度，这里改成自己的circRNA长度）。结合位置可以使用miRanda预测
miRNA数据部分3列：miRNA名字，结合起始坐标，结合终止坐标。默认按照坐标排序，且坐标无重叠，即miRNA坐标区段不连续
